Where Do Campers Stay?

All campers live together with staff members in our NEW beach house location in Rodanthe, NC. The house is spacious and comfortable, and offers incredible views of the ocean and the sound. Aside from comfy rooms with brand new furnishings, the Camp House also comes fully equipped with fun amenities such as a ping-pong table, pool table, and foosball table. And how about a pool or a hot tub? It has both! And besides all that, it happens to be in walking distance to some of the best surf spots on the East Coast, which is still our favorite part.

Are There Other Activities Besides Surfing?

Although we honestly believe there is nothing more fun than surfing, we do offer a variety of other great activities throughout the week. When we're not riding waves during the day we're playing bocce, ultimate frisbee, kickball and capture the flag. At night, we're playing putt-putt, making s'mores, and entertaining ourselves with our own ridiculous skits and games. And of course, we try to enjoy all that Hatteras Island has to offer, from its gorgeous scenery and distinctive landmarks to its unique local surf shops and unbeatable ice cream! At Surf Hatteras, we're either having a blast or we're sleeping.
